Why we exist

The Nigerian betting market is huge — and noisy. Hundreds of sites, dozens of bonuses, and a flood of "tipsters" promising guaranteed wins. Most affiliate sites just push whichever brand pays them best.

We don't. FlyingWager exists to give Nigerian players one trustworthy place to compare betting sites, casinos, bonuses and local payment options — written by people who actually punt with naira every weekend.

What "independent" means here

Yes, we earn commission when you sign up to a site through our links. We're transparent about that. But:

• No site can pay us for a higher score. Our methodology is fixed and public.
• We test every site with real money. If we won't deposit our own naira, we won't recommend it to you.
• We update reviews when things change. A licence revocation, a bonus downgrade, slow payouts — it all gets reflected.

Who's behind it

FlyingWager is run by a small editorial team based in Lagos and Abuja. Our founder, Daniel van de Beek, spent 8 years in digital publishing and iGaming before launching the site. We collaborate with Nigerian casino enthusiasts, payments specialists and a legal advisor on regulatory questions.
